Processing Time

Orders
are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll
receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

times vary by destination and shipping method:

are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier

Shipping Costs

Shipping
costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We do
not currently offer free shipping.

Order Tracking

Once
your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48
hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If
your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

Customs & Import Duties

International
orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in
your order total.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please
double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for
orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If
you need to correct an address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your
order.
